Return Window You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

Return Procedure

  3. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

  4. Please Note: Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the transaction.
